This chisel has a 95 mm long blade which is a high carbon vanadium-alloyed steel and comes very sharp and ready to use. It is mill finished and hardened to 61 Rockwell Scale. The thick Japanese Red Oak handle is comfortable to hold and features a strong steel hoop which is already seated well into the Oak. It’s integral design allows this chisel to perform under high impact. The integral design allows this chisel to preform under high impact. The set comes with a cotton canvas tool roll which protects the chisels when not in use. High quality chisels suitable for general purpose carpentry and cabinetry tasks.
