Flowbee Precision Haircutting System Home Vacuum Haircut Kit – Tested Works. This item has been stored in a basement for quite some time. I took it out and inspected it to the best of my ability. It appears to function by plugging in the cable, and it does turn on and move the blades. However, that’s the extent of the testing I’ve done. This Flowbee appeared to have never been used; the cable is unused, and the accessories have never been opened. Due to that, I haven’t tested it to cut real pet hair.
