The following year the Ridley Scott’s visionary masterpiece film Blade Runner was released in movie theaters. The androids’ hunter Deckard, played by Harrison Ford, sips his Black Label whiskey right in the Old Fashioned Glass designed by Cini Boeri for Arnolfo di Cambio. Ridley Scott selected the iconic CIBI Double Old Fashioned Whisky Glass to feature in the original Blade Runner movie, having been struck by its stylish, futuristic and striking design. The CIBI range of glassware has proved to be timeless, and is widely recognised as a classic of modern design. Each piece is mouth blown and hand cut by artisans in Tuscany, to the original specifications and using the original moulds created in 1973. About Hard To Find Whisky.
