This is the larger of the two Wind Runners and it is a great all-around hunting knife. Every detail about the blade was included to make processing animals easy. The subdued tip allows the user to skin without worrying about puncturing a hide. The recurve and sweeping belly are ideal slashing tasks for gutting, skinning, and caping. The high grind on the thick stock make it strong, but with a very sharp edge. The handle is comfortable in standard hunting grips and the green canvas Micarta will help the user keep that grip even when it’s wet (a must when processing game).
